Android Phones

Android, it's not a phone, it's an operating system.

  When I first heard of Android Phones I thought they were some propriety phone made by a vendor. I was surprised to find it out that it's not a phone but an operating system.

According to this blurb it's not only for phones but also for:

Android powers millions of phones, tablets, and other devices.

Here is an Android SDK package. I don't think it is Corona.

Android is an operating system for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. It is developed by the Open Handset Alliance led by Google.

Android consists of a kernel based on the Linux kernel, with middleware, libraries and APIs written in C and application software running on an application framework which includes Java-compatible libraries based on Apache Harmony. Android uses the Dalvik virtual machine with just-in-time compilation to run Dalvik dex-code (Dalvik Executable), which is usually translated from Java bytecode.

Developers write primarily in a customized version of Java.

Android, stuff that idiot Laki gave me

Here is the stuff that that idiot Laki gave me. I suspect Laki wanted me to write a bunch of Android software for free?

Lau is a programming language and Corona is a Software Development Kit or SDK. For useless information LAU means moon in Portuguese.

Laki is the flake who asked me to start a job 3 times for him writing software to develop E-Books for Android phones.

When I showed up the first day, he didn't show up. He told me to come back the next day, same time, same place.

Of course on the 2nd day the idiot send me a message telling we again to not show up.

On the 3rd day Laki actually showed up. But after 15 minutes the idiot was unhappy with my work. So I quit. He is an idiot and I don't want to work for him.
